LMAO Infamy.
I'm stalking your posts and agreeing.
For a 19 yr old he looks as though he will be a handy 21/2 year old.

Mate, he should be wearing a skirt.
Watch Roughhead please
Watched him last night.  Average.  WORSE than average.  I'm not saying "terrible", because he's a young kid.

The only good thing he did was kick that goal.  3 hit-outs, didn't lead, 8 disposals (6 handballs), 1 tackle.

I can see why they kept Simmonds on.
Tyrone Vickery isnt going to make it , why ?
He is way too femine.

He plays the game like a girl, flaps his arms and adds nothing .
Graham like wise.
We need to look at BROWNE ASAP.
At least Browne has a go and what I seen at Coburg on the weeknd, we have something to work with, Graham and Vickery NOTHING

Jamar has come good at 26/27 years of age in his 8th or so season.

and you are happy to write off Vickery in the start of his 2nd season...

jack i know in the past you have questioned Vickerys desire and aggressiveness, but is there anything in his technique as a footballer that has led you to the conclusion that he probably wont make it...because i think the mental side of his game can probably be addressed at such a young age

sheesh jack very harsh on a kid who by all rights probably should not have been given an afl game to date other than a couple of sweeteners  to give him a taste.

cmon we all know ruck is the most physical part of the game  and when you have a kid 15 kg below ideal playing weight and having to play most games well exactly what did we all expect.

dont judge this kid now judge him when hes fully developed and has the physical attributes to actually compete at this level.

the facts are if we had any half decent ruckmen on the list at all, vickery would be doing his apprenticeship mostly  at coburg where he probably should be for now.

ive said this before i will say it again. imo one area we got wrong in the pre season with so many picks and new people to the top level, was not taking a mature kpf bradshaw was my choice  and a ready to go young ruckman if possible  jacobs was my choice here.

when we delist at least 8 mostly older types comes season end the failure to do it will hit home even hardr than it should of. at some stage we will be forced to take recycled players to help with the youth.

Does that mean every single player is supposed to be at their peak the moment they arrive?
Clearly we can't count on them improving
A 19 year old ruckman in his 2nd year is hardly holding onto a player in the hope they improve, they're still a developing player
What a ridiculous attitude

Your post is the reason that the Tigers have been a failure.
We hold onto good ordinary footballers etc etc.
We require players with that Magic Touch.
Raw ability.  First year players at other clubs can turn it on, why cant ours ?
Posters on here talk about age and game numbers.
Our average age this weekend is  23.5 and games 62
Carlton is 23.4 and games 67
Freo 24.0 and 76.
There isnt much difference.
The difference is we hold onto players that havent got the abilty or touch of magic.
And lets be fair dinkum, if it wasnt for his Dads role at the club, would he be at Punt Rd ?? I think not.

Like you ad naseum post prwviously Jack you look at isolated games for a wide spread of debutantes and hold them up as a living example to bag the RFC

Maybe you should also watch out for the bad and average games they play as well

Its all about balance
