Yep the Freo game and had a howler against GWS as well no thanks to some umpiring howlers but loved his games against Collingwood,St Kilda and Essendon.

Don't think batch can cover.

I know others disagree, for mine Grimes is a pure full Back.

Mr. Bach is more a back pocket that can play tall
 But a 4th / at best 3rd back.

IMO. 3 talks and batch taking the 4th tall forward equates to best case scenario

RICHMOND is unable to say when Dylan Grimes will return to the field after the injury-riddled defender underwent hamstring surgery on Tuesday.

Grimes, 21, hurt his left hamstring at training on Friday. Scans showed he had a ''nick'' in the tendon.

It was the third time this season that same hamstring had been an issue.

This is really not good news and all jokes aside if this continues he may have to give the game away, I know he is only young etc...etc....but gee, it's not looking good. :-\

its a shame as he has a lot of potential and was going to be a key to our back 6 not only next season also with years to come... for a 21 year to have so many problems recently with a hammy signs  could point to him nearly giving it away... its only nov and we already have a key part of our defence down for at least half the year :banghead :banghead :banghead
