From the Bombers forum. Did we really kick it OOTF stacks of times from kick-ins?  :P

We (Essendon) did very well out of the umpires, and Richmond's kicking. They must have kicked it OOF about 8 times.

Richmond was disgracefully undisciplined. We got frees, fifties and down-the-grounds from stupid late contacts.

Cousins and Reiwoldt are the only way Richmond will win games/be watchable (unless Melbourne continue with their bout of Quinnitis). The number of times they kicked out of bounds from kick-outs was embarrassing, even by their standards.

Would totally agree with this.
I said to someone there how undisiplined we were even in the first quarter.
the free kicks we gave away were there too.

lol about the kick ins, Id rather have newman kicking torps from the kick ins and putting the ball 80 metres out from goal to a contest rather than coughing it up with out on the fulls or just have a basic huddle strategy. Simple things- ok we will get picked of sometimes, but Id rather this than just giving up the footy for no reason.

Hey Jack how was Browne??
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

Why do you say that?

Crikey he's not considered that good by very many otherwise he'd be elsewhere this season.

Tuck is a typical old Tiger. Half full.

afl.com said that Foley had a soild match? did he play?

Newman, another who was mentioned as a soild contributor? is this true?

heard Deledio's kicking was bad?

Tambling? nothing from him?

Polak? did he play?

personally, not happy about the loss.

i am concerned about other teams kicking 5+ goals a quarter against us!

last season, we gave away the most 5+ goals per quarter.

Cotchin? was he there?

 :)
