The Bumbers have cut hard, Hirdy has made a huge statement.  :lol

Essendon Football Club has made the following changes to its playing list ahead of the 2011 season.

Ben Howlett – Promoted to the senior list
Christian Bock – Delisted
Jason Laycock – Delisted
Tyson Slattery – Delisted
Michael Still – Delisted
John Williams (rookie) – Delisted

Add Neagle, Atkinson and Houli to that list now.
And you may not think I care for you

No surprise with Neagle being cut. He could never run out more than a quarter (or should that be quarter-pounder lol). So much for him being the deluded Bombers FF for the next decade  :wallywink

So, is that 7 of the main list with one rookie upgrade leaving 6 vacant spots?

Gee the bummers are going to have trouble meeting their 90%, TPP being three short on their list, if that's the case :P

This is the beauty of it all Al - the bummers are nearly at 100% with the spuds that have (McVeigh & Welch as senior players and only Fletch on the VL) and they will be in list management issues to at least 2015 = Hird's nadir.

very ordinary from the weagles.
Delisting a premiership player after the trade period without attempting to find a new home just reeks of self-interest and manipulation.

Freakin weagles are a shadow of a club ........

Corporate drones at best.

Was contracted and I think they had to wait till then to delist him so it's included in the 2011 cap and not the 2010 cap.

I thought Hansen's body was shot due to injuries and that's why he was delisted.
