Fire away ......

We sure didn't give up when we could have thrown in the towel midway through the 2nd quarter.

I believe the mockery of the Richmond football Club  is about to end...That is the real positive for me.

We are starting to make the "media clowns" look very stupid.

How could you not get excited about the emerging talent comming through.

First time in many years I walked away from the game satisfied.
Yep, we made mistakes but I will wear the mistakes eg Kicking errors etc.
Love the way Astbury is progressing.
The game plan is finally being seen. ( apart from Nahas breaking the team rules continually  :banghead)
Graham actually being involved in contests 3 weeks in a row :gobdrop
Liked Collins game, always wanting to bring the ball back into the corridor.
Thought Tuck was good, made mistakes but tried his heart out.
As for the Captain, 3 weeks in a row, now a leader of men !

Once gain, as we have for a number of our games we have been matching or beating the opposition in contested possessions and clearances.
Where we are getting beaten, is the uncontested marks and possessions.

Dimma has in a very short time turned the side from a downhill, front running, unaccountable side into a unit that is prepared to do the hard yards. It will just take time to improve the skill level, either through improvement in current players or recruiting of new ones.

I thought at times we looked a little flat yet still overall matched StKilda at stoppages and clinches.

White again showed glimpses of what he may be capable of (yeah still a long way to go).

Graham getting taps, with a number to advantage. Getting around the ground and competing, taking marks in defence to boot.

Tambling looking like he may be able to get back to the form he showed in the 2nd half of last season.

Martin - just love the way he goes about it.

Jack's games are getting close to orgasm material.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Astbury is gonna be a good player I have no doubt, with good development.  Daly needs to get him onto Jacks goal kicking routine with the Ipod though to get rid of the yips lol.
King...I thought he was just a stopgap job but in the past two games he has shown a bit to go along with his natural tenacity/toughness.
Midfield is firing beautifully, and we really have got some light brightening at the end of the tunnel for our forward line options.
The Backs fought hard and considering the pressure put on them didn't let the dam burst.
Lots of people name their swords......
