if he puts up rubbish like that what do you expect.

those cheers were warranted

he is taken the spot of someone who deserves a game..

I personally think he is as bad as JON.

he lets the team down with his fairy slow paced crap. dud of the highest order.
pal, my friend, mate, cobber.....that's a dud post of the highest order.

Cousins is going to be a massive loss next week.

When the tigers were hanging by a thread last Sunday....Bennys experience was holding the team together (only just).

RICHMOND - In the Mix

Ben Cousins is likely to miss this weekend's clash with Fremantle after being hospitalised early in the week - Cousins says he wants to play, but is likely to be rested. Robin Nahas (31 disposals) and Jeromey Webberley (23) were both excellent for Coburg in the midfield, with Webberley appealing as a direct replacement for the Brownlow Medallist. Defender Alex Rance is still pushing for a spot after being Coburg's best.

FREMANTLE
With a key defender crisis developing at Freo, Chris Tarrant will have to return this week after struggling with an achilles complaint. The stuff, who was a late withdrawal against Port Adelaide, could be joined by Nick Suban after the young midfielder returned from an elbow injury through the WAFL. Des Headland is on the verge of playing again after 10 matches sidelined with a knee injury, while Greg Broughton (hamstring) will be tested.

Yes he was FF and still is.  Very much regrets it and is very ashamed of it.  I know him through long time family friends and although I couldn't stand him at first because of what he did, I must say his contrition since has been sincere.  Lives in Qld but has always followed Richmond.
Thanks for clearing that up smokey, although I was happier believing what I was told about him being from Brisbane on a junket.

Has anyone really been standing up at Coburg that would deserve a shot at replacing Cousins? Or has Nahas been consistent enough to get a recall??

One really good game shouldn't mean a recall

Consistent performances over a number of weeks should

I'd go for Webberely before Nahas

I thought Webberley was quite good for us and like Collins put his body on the line a couple of times and maybe in light of this should be top of the pecking order....

Cousins out

Morton or Webberly in

I would love it if Cousins played because apparently the media (that fw Quartermaine) had him pegged for never playing again.

Agree WP and Jake about Webbs coming in if Cuz misses. Unlucky to be dropped when he was, been consistent at Coburg and we don't really have anyone else playing at Coburg who can come in play 4 quarters in the midfield.

If McGuane's over his ankle injury he could come back in also. Hard to drop anyone though from a winning side.

I am starting to wonder if that is the right balance. Most teams are shorter in the front 6 than they used to be and have 1-2 genuine marking talls, and having three 'short talls' as we do in McGuane, Moore and Thursty means that one of the opposition shorter forwards is often picked up by one of these. Plus it means we carry 3 blokes down back who aren't much of a kick. It was great on the weekend rebounding with Deledio, Newman, Farmer, Astbury, Connors. All better kicks and really set us up going forward. Would rather we looked at two of Moore, McGuane and Thursfield.
