Renewing in the dunny never works.

I received my membership pack on Thursday and I requested a members cap
which I did not receive a den voucher for it. My daughter did not receive her pack
as yet when I was assured that she would.

I didn't renew online, I got the form in the mail with the Fighting Tiger magazine and I sent it back checking the box that I wanted the voucher

When you renewed on line yuo were given the option to select which option you wanted

I selected cap and got the coucher to pick up the cap

Other member selcted "Tiger Den voucher" and didn't get it

Will phone them in the New Year

I may not even use the voucher, however the way I figure it, it will most likely encourage me to spend some money in the Tiger Den of which about 40% goes to the club. This way they'll probably end up making more out of me than if they hadn't provided the voucher in the first place, or donated that $10 to the football dept.

I did this as well but Tucker does have a good point. A $10 voucher forces you to spend more.

It would appear that the Caps & Scarves aren't being sent out in the Mail this year CUB - they are sending out vouchers that enables you to pick them up at the Tiger Den or at games.

it would certianly boost the figures if all the recent new members to OER also signed up to the Tigers but I doubt that they will !! apologies to those "real" members recently come on board OER
