Why he still gets a game is beyond comprehension. Yes he ran with Heppel, but why does he run past the ball or run past an opposition player with the ball when he has every chance to make a tackle or intercept possession? The answer is he is only concerned about himself and not the team as after the game he can say, gee, I played well holding Heppell to 21 touches today, played my role, what were you guys doing. Shocking player who will never change.
I'm no Grigg fan but not the week to point the finger at him. In a game where 3/4ers of the team weren't accountable to their direct opponent and most contributed nothing either offensively, defensively or in the contests, at least he did do his task. If you have 22 contributors each doing their task, you don't end up with the disgrace that was tonight.

Good point but Grigg getting a game every week means we only have 21 and then we have Hampson, Chaplin who has been poor this year, Houli again not great, that is 18 and the list could go on. Playing duds like Grigg week after week means we are in serious trouble however, the coach thinks he can play so that's all that matters I suppose.

Heppell still got 21 touches and a sausage roll. Grigg was his usual shyteful self. No pressure, poor decision making & disposal.....a lot of pointing and arm waving. Crap player is still crap.

For a big bodied mid, Grigga is about as soft as they come.
Hardwick's non negotiables have seemingly not applied to Shaun.
No wonder others have stopped listening.

Shaun is an under appreciated footballer, would do much better if the fans supported him

His first half dozen or so games for us in 2011 and 2012 were outstanding.
The rest have been quite average to mediocre. :help

Saw that interview with Grigg and Lids at the cafe on the weekend and nearly threw up. Lids saying how Grigg is his best mate. Probably one of those scenario's where good looking chicks have ugly chicks as best friends as they are no threat and make them look even better..
