There's talk of David Gallop being 'poached' from the FFA to run CA. Good news for Aussie Soccer if true :yep but bad news for Aussie Cricket  :help.

This is the same English side that lost to Scotland just before playing us  :P. Ever since the ball tampering scandal, we've been playing like we don't want to be there. More likely though is our lack of (quality) depth is being shown up.

I read the Sri Lanka; Chandemil (sp?) has been done for ball tampering by the ICC and suspended for 1 test match

Further proof the ICC are a wet lettuce leaf

Chandimal got a light penalty only because he wasn't sprung on camera. He pleaded not guilty and then conveniently suffered from short-term amnesia (he suddenly couldn't remember what he put in his mouth)  ::).

Finch & Siddle in  :help

No Maxwell... >:(

Dogget?  :huh

Is Sayers injured?
Carey, (play either he or Paine just as a batsman)Swepson ,Tremain & especially Maxwell all stiff. My bolters would've been Silk & Stanlake :shh

Bailey should bethe interim captain - best tactician in the country, will make stuff all runs but neither did Mike Brearley and really who would you feel confident about making runs at this stage anyway? The side needs a smart leader. :shh :shh

Clearly, Maxwell is on the outer if he can't get in a squad minus Smith and Warner.

Is Maxwell not in because the selectors don't think he can bat against swing in England?
