If the younger Naish is finally a decent F/S and worst a first rounder, then we could get him for a bargain with our second rounder (our first pick). We would just have to match the draft points.

Richo's instagram:

Fun day today at @richmond_fc We launched the Matthew Richardson Academy which aims to connect past players and their families to each other and the club. A few yarns were told. It means a lot to me and my family to have my name involved. My family's connection with Richmond started in 1959 when Dad arrived at Punt Rd from Casterton. Ended up being a premiership player in 1967 and was a passionate Tiger for the rest of his life. The story continues 🐯

Champion player but an even better bloke much like Jack Dwyer, the fame didn’t go to their heads and they treated people with respect and as people
I remember a day when Richo was watching the tigers when injured and people kept coming for an autograph when he obviously just wanted to watch the game , he didn’t turn them away he just kept signing with a smile  and some eye rolling😁 while I was laughing at people's rudeness

I used to go to the family days when my son was little and Richo would be first out and last back in signing autographs and meeting the kids. In contrast, players like Nathan Brown were last one out and first in.
Richo was always a top bloke and always gave the time for the kids.
The club that keeps giving.

I remember walking into a Richmond dinner many years ago and almost being bowled over by Richo, playing chasey (it appeared) with Andy Kellaway. Big kid. Love him.

I've probably posted this before but I used to nurse Alan and once his mum Jen (?) also. Both beautiful people.

Richo visited them always, and his dad was in hospital a lot those last few years.

Bumped into him visiting his mum and I couldn't think straight or answer anything he asked me about his mum. Was just too nervous and my wits deserted me completely. He was enormous. I managed to make small talk about the tigers beating the pies on the weekend but couldn't do much else.

I wanted a photo and autograph so bad but restrained myself given the circumstances. The girls weren't too shy to ask though and I just felt bad for him.

How did Richmond F/S Charlie Naish go (IIRC he was listed wearing #14 for Vic Metro in game 2)?
Popped up a little bit, I've been impressed with his early season form in general though, not jumping out as a top ender ATM but I think he's got better traits than his brother

Edit: Here's Naish (#14) playing on the wing for Vic Metro yesterday.
