I think Kelvin Moore should be playing. People seem to forget him a bit, but i think he is an import player for us to develop over the next couple of years.

Moore, Gaspar, Hartigan
Deledio, Shultz, Jackson
Bowden, Johno, Tivas
Tambling, Richo, Krakour
Campbell, Simmonds, Brown
Knobel, Rodan, Hyde

Int: Stafford, Tuck, Roach, Raines, Chaffey, Newman

I wonder who's missing from John's line up  :shh lol  ;).

I don't think we'll risk Browny. Cogs will play a half with Coburg. Pattison to replace Staff if Wallace doesn't want to risk him.

B:     Newman           Gas                  Kellaway
HB:   Deledio            Schulz               Bowden
C:     Hyde              Johnson (c)        Tivendale
HF:   Jackson             Richo               Graham
F:     Tambling           Simmonds         Campbell
Foll:   Knobel              Rodan             Krakouer

Int:  Raines,  Meyer, Roach, Hartigan, Gilmour, Stafford (play a half to 3/4).

Ch 9 news snippet.

Ch 9 had a little snippet on the Tiges training and group photo today. They said Cambo is a definite starter for Friday night. Interviewed Browny - he said we were aiming for the finals and anything less would be disappointing. As Bull mentioned in another thread Browny looked to be moving freely. Also had Disco saying he was a big fan of Richo and for him in the role of captain.

LOL Julz would've been in her element too ;)

Yeah Richo's size seems more natural now. Hope his hammys hold up touchwood as he'll be running more this year.

Making Richo put on 10kg last year and plonking him at FF was Spud raising the white flag in terms of having NFI when it came to coming up with a modern gameplan. Richo kicked plenty of goals but no one else did  ::).

From what I saw today Knobel didn't do much "heavy" training. I'd be surprised if he plays on Friday night.

However, I do intend to get to training this week (back injury permitting of course :-[) I'll keeps ya posted :thumbsup

lol, I think I'll live if I don't see Cambo in the Wizard Cup. Save the old codger for the long season ahead.

I'd go for this team except wouldn't play Cogs.  Put Deleds in the FP, whack Raines on the wing and lob Archy on the bench, and there you have it.  No use playing Campbel, rest him up.l

Haz, how has Archy been going?? It would be great to finally see him on the paddock.

Taking that into account, I'd give him a crack against the Pies too especially since they will be missing a few key players.

After seeing the way that Brown trained yesterday, i have no doubt that he will play on Friday night.

Showed no signs of any hamstring tightness and as i also mentioned on another post he did some extra work by himself after everyone else had finished.
