Spoke to Danny Daly and said that Griffiths is one big game for Coburg away for a Senior call up. Said they would look at him really closely today. Shame he got injured, any news?

Here's what a guy on BF said about Griffs.

It happened in the first quarter when a serial hospital passer sent a kick into the FP making Griff wait an eternity for it to arrive. In the meantime a weak dog of an ex-North hack pushed Griffs hips like a train as he launched himself off the ground to take the mark. It was probably the worst case of 'tunnelling' I have ever seen! He showed enormous courage to take the mark. He was escorted down the race straight after he recovered from the massive connect he made with the ground.

2 things:

1/He looked a class above prior to this happening and should be brought back into the AFL when he is fit. If it had happened in the firsts the dog who did it would get 5 weeks.
2/ The AFL/VFL should start rubbing blokes out for 10 weeks in order to stop this scourge.

Posty was one of the best for us up to the time I left (half-time).

PS. Just heard from a mate that he may only have a concussion. That is good if true considering the impact. I did though see him holding his back walking down the race.

1 week and if his right to go unleash him now and get those games into him now, not 2012.

How can a 70% fit Griffiths not be better for our future than a fully fit Miller. Does anyone not intoxicated or high, honestly believe that Miller is a better option than Griffiths or Post right now.

we all dont rate Post okay but some of us also didnt rate Rance and he seems to be improving. Post at the very least needs to come in for Miller.

After the Essendon game I reckon it's time to rest the sore bodies and bring the likes of Griff and a few kids in for experience.

What kind of player is Jakobi?
Is he any chance of 'making it'?
Suppose there's only one way of determining that and that's giving him a crack.

Get Jacobi in the team at some stage.

Highly unlikely, he is a rookie, we can't play all of them

Hicks is the one that is a concern, not a great sign to have running around in the Coburg ressies - means his forms not up to it at the moment

Hicks is finished IMO, tackling isn't up to the standard.

:clapping exactly.
Miller was the worst decision the club has made since Kent Kingsley. Bring in Griffiths ASAP.
The club that keeps giving.
