Foley was abysmal yesterday

Jackson was actually OK because he concentrated on his job of tagging. Though his stupid free against Goodes in the final qtr was a disgrace and that's just one of the reasons I'd trade him = too many brain explosions.

Yes but the problem is an effective kick is any that covers 40 metres, regardless of where it ends up.

There were a couple of occasions where he bombed it forward and wasn't to adavantage of the forward and the ball rebounded straight back.

Still goes down as effective though.

yep efficiency is one of the biggest BS stats. A smart short pass out in front of ur open streaming into space team mate which he then runs onto is classified as ineffective. A beautiful lace out short pass to a teammate who then drops a sitter is again classifed as an ineffective kick. Rubbish interpretation of the term efficiency

edit - and back on topic Tuck needs to be signed up asap. He's made the decision makers look silly by keeping him out til now. The bloke is a clearance machine and takes heat off Cotch and martin. Very much has a part to play in this half baked developing side.

I used to be a bit indifferent about the Tuck debate.
But after watching him closely yesterday, I am in support of keeping him on for just one more year.

problem is this, Club couldnt trade him last year, so there mind was made up before Round 1 this year, which is sad.
Other problem is that he had to play 15 games to automatically get a contract for 2012.
Also there would be a $$$$$ incentive for 15 games or more.
Club was never going to let him play 15 games this year.

Face it Richmond supporters, we aren't going to make the finals in 2012.

And you've only worked this out when exactly

The last 10 weeks  ;D

This "social worker" is a social worker, his game plan and structures do not play to our strengths. We waste opportunities going forward, don't fill gaps in defense and leak easy goals ... can't put teams away, mentally weak ... he is the problem ... he drafted all these "depth players" that played yesterday and none of them were effective. Addam Maric can play, plus he is rookie listed ...
