This is development year 2 and still some poo to clean out.
Expectations of the coach will be higher next year.
Talk of sacking him now is nothing short of lunacy.

I actually still think if Dimma gets rid of at least 10 players this year and there is some development in the kids already here and in the kids drafted then he deserves to at least get another contract.
He has done what any coach with any brains would have done turned over at least 30-35 players from a list that was in total decay bar about 10 players that he inherited from a regime who was more self absorbed into themselves rather than focused on looking on the list realistically.
Dimma for the most part has merely been working with blokes that have very little football ability at this level and he is slowly but surely turning them over.
People who can't see this are just looking at the romance of Malthouse and not at the reality.
I reckon everyone on this site were happy with appointment of Wallace in 2004 and would have thought that we would be a force by 2007/08 on that appointment.

When you got a young undeveloped defence that are injury depleted any game plan will not save you.
We simply don't have enough classy players at the moment we probably need enough 2 good drafts.

For Gods sake stop blaming our defence, you people sound like Hardwick, 65 to 40 inside 50s every week 25 to 5 offensive tackles IS NOT a defensive problem its a midfield/ forwardline problem, and thats a COACHING PROBLEM, thats the wrong players on the ground or in the wrong position, Hardwick's selection policy, positioning and game day tactics are the worst in the AFL and NOBODY can dispute that

Bailey out-coached Hardwick on EVERY level when we last met, so dont take any solice from Bailey being saced, where does that leave Harwick, the worst coach in the AFL ?

Thats fine, maybe it is initially something to do with the lack of midfield/forward pressure, but hell when the ball goes down near our backline it usually results in goals..many many goals to our opposition. That tells me it's a backline problem as well!!!!
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

we lost that game amongst many others not because of Hardwick, but due to the fact clubs build themselves up to beat us because we are still the joke of the competition. Our players are mentally fragile when the going gets tough

Its the same reason why GC will always think they can beat us and clubs like North and Demons too. We are not feared or respected. We havent been for 30 years

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

LOL

The trend is bad for Hardwick at the moment. He has 12 months to save his career and Im having big doubts he can do it especially if hes gonna continue with blokes like Jackson and McGuane and afew others.

This is what im going to judge him on in.

If, next season we still have McGuane, Farmer, Edwards, Hislop Connors and jackson on our list but delist Tuck - they can stick my 2012 membership up their arse

I have to say that I will also be struggling to find reasons to buy a membership next year if these players are on the list. Its a group of players that offer NO HOPE to the supporters.
