I don't want to be labelled as homophobic, but gee wiz, I hate Watts.

His whining to the umps for free kicks was shocking. He was embarassing himself. It's as if he thinks his Brighton Grammar silver spoon must translate into the footy field.
Will not be upset if someone knocks him out on the field from any club. Effing princess.
How insirational was the worst skipper in the league when he came on. Tugged his guernsey real hard when he kicked his goal in the third quarter. Made me want to jump the fence effing downhill skier.

Loved Cotch kicking the captain's goal to put us back in front  :thumbsup.

Sums up Melbourne having their captain as the sub. Any coach worth their salt knows the sub should be a runner so you can add some fresh legs into the midfield; not some ageing wannabee KPP.

Gee Grigg cops it! Fair dinkum, we are light years ahead in that trade!

 :cheers :cheers

x 3.  Gotta remember he is is still only young and learning.  Gets plenty of the ball and with the development Nahas, King, Rance et al have shown under Hardwick then I would say he has plenty of potential to become a very good player.  Gets plenty of the ball and that is the most important first step.

And getting back to the game. Thought we did real well in the first half. Thought Hardwick and co. had a good first half, pity they didnt continue it into the 2nd half. Grigg, Jackson and afew others need to go, Who decided that Grigg should be given a 3 year deal? Bad mistake!

Yetersday was proof that stats lie

Grigg lost me weeks ago but struth if people think refusing to chase, not running full tilt at the ball and not going in for the hard ball when it's your turn is OK (and that's been the story of his last 8 weeks BTW) then yeap we've done very well indeed

And BTW don't get me started on his non-effort next the behind post  :banghead :banghead

Problem with Griggs is that he hangs out to much for the easy kick and he is usually wrong sided for a left footer when he gets it.

By the way.His non effort next to the behind post was right in front of me.as bad as Farmers deliberate out of bounce where he had eyes for the boundary line .

i feel genuine pity for those that simply cant enjoy a win.

eff me, we don't get many of them.

I thought Farmer was stiff to be pinged for that. What else could he do? He was one out against 2 or 3 Demons, because our backs had been caught out of position. He'd done really well to deny them a gimmee goal where they should have just waltzed into an open goal. But as he got taken to ground he wasn't facing the goals, and so couldn't just concede a point. He was under extreme pressure, and all he did was just handball it away from the contest in the direction he was facing.

Cannot criticize him for that action, he had that bloke all over him like a fly on a nard and he had to punch it somewhere or take possession and get caught.  He played the percentages and it got the shaft, poo happens.
