I like Tyson and Ellis for our first 2 picks but unsure if they will last at our picks.

Played golf in the W/e, spoke to a bloke who has a lot of inside goss on Adelaid/Maric, evidently he is prone to make bad decisions, his games are hot and cold, has no consistent form and they are happy to get rid of him. Sounds like a dud to me.

In what I can only described as fantastic news for us

It's official Jackson Trengove has re-sigend with Port  :clapping :clapping

Trengove re-signs with Port Adelaide Adelaide
August 24, 2011 - 10:38AM
.

Emerging key defender Jackson Trengove has signed a new contract with AFL strugglers Port Adelaide.

The Victorian-born Trengove shunned lucrative offers to return to Melbourne in favour of remaining at Port.

Trengove, a 20-year-old already in the Power's leadership group, believed Port had a promising future despite being anchored on the bottom of the ladder this season.

"Obviously we have got a lot of work to do and we're the first to admit that," Trengove told reporters on Wednesday.

"I'll put my hand up to lead the charge of that over the next couple of years and really work hard to put this football club back to where we belong, which is up to the top."

Trengove refused to specify the length of his new contract, saying it was "long enough".

What lucrative offers?  I thought you were not allowed to approach players during the season?

I just wanted to use some French and be all cool and sheet.  I don't actually have an opinion one way or another.

Latin is the new black.
