Preemptive tackles are another one that I see a lot of players getting away with lately.  Tackling players before they have the ball and they aren't actually taking possession

Playing Jake out of the goal square to keep Johncock's rebound out of the game is not working for us. We have no marking target in the forward line and no crumber.  It just doesn't seem right when you've got the wind
