Jack whats your take on this? How did you feel working for other clubs whilst being a member of Richmond?

Felt really odd, especially when we played against Richmond.
I suppose if you didnt work for the club you barracked for firstly, it would be too bad.
In my case I did, so felt very odd.
Can tell you that John Hook who was General Manager at Hawthorn for 25 years barracked for Richmond and came across and worked in recruiting at Punt Rd in 2004.

so we can lay part of the blame for that heist that netted Lids, tambling, meyer , patto and polo on that numbskull :lol

"hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard enough" has a very WAT "no excuses!" and "go all in!" vibe about it.

From KiwiTiger on BF who is over with the squad in Arizona:

"Can I just state that, in walking around the Uni of Arizona Tucson Campus tonight, where we and Elite Athletes Performance are based, the facilities are just mind blowing. We are staying at a 400 room hotel in the Uni. The gymnasium just for the swim team alone is as big as most AFL clubs. When you get crowds of 75,000 a game for your college gridiron team, 25k for your college basketball team, and fly them around in the College 737 aircraft, you can image the scale of facilities to support is massive."

The Richmond playing list hit the gym at the University of Arizona today before a lengthy ball and running session in the shadows of the 55,000-seat football stadium used by the Wildcats in the NCAA.

The camp shifts to Phoenix on Saturday where the players will be put through an elite fitness program run by the Athletes' Performance academy.

Recruits Brandon Ellis and Steve Morris impressed in today's gruelling running session along with a super-fit Dustin Martin.
