So lets get this straight- we play interstate 9 times!!!!
And from round 7 to round 11 (5 games) we play interstate. That is a f@#king disgrace!
If it's not the AFL f@#king us it's the RFC.
Once again they treat us members and supporters as mugs!
We also play 14 games against finalists from this year
And top 5 sides from this year twice

Bring on 2012...... not!

Err big tone you might need to take a deep breath

if you are referring to Sabretooth's "draw" you've been had  :thumbsup

2012 draw hasn't been released and wont be until after the GF ...

Sabretooth post = tongue in cheek me thinks  ;)

And BTW there will only be 22 rounds next year not 24 - sort of gave it away  :thumbsup
Thank God for that!  :thumbsup

Looks like we won't have the season opener next year...

GREATER Western Sydney will play the Sydney Swans on March 24 at ANZ Stadium next year as a stand-alone round-one fixture in a deliberate move to gatecrash the opening round of the NRL season.

The Giants put the idea to the AFL during their scheduling discussions earlier this year and the request is set to be confirmed in the coming weeks once the official 2012 season fixture is ratified by the commission.

Under the proposal the Giants and Swans would stage their first showdown in the week immediately following the NAB Cup pre-season grand final, which is typically a rest week for the AFL, with the remaining eight games of round one to be played the following weekend starting March 29. With a 22-round season, one bye and four-week finals series, the season would then end with a grand final at the MCG on September 29.

We will still play the Thursday night. This Sydney-GWS borefest will be the weekend before. What a poo way to open the season. THe most boring team in the comp (exc. St.Kilda) versus the worst team in the comp. The AFL have lost the plot surely.

I think you have those crowds wrong. When we make the finals there will be 1000's locked out so the light towers and roof will come in useful  8)

110,000 for all finals  :thumbsup
