ROFL. Dunno why you lather yourself up into such a frenzy Jack, relax, take a step back, revise, concede a point or two instead of defending defeats all the time.  I say stupid poo all the time but I don't sit there defending it as if it was the stuffing wisdom of Solomon.   :cheers

Bate didn't go pick 6 in the draft for nothing you clown .he can play

Bate can play. Would rather Bate than Morton.

Bate I would rate a C grade player and we need a lead up half forward. Morton I rated a D so Bate would be an upgrade on Morton imho.

Pretty spot on, its all about those little steps as it is about the big ones. Wonder if Dees would take Morton to unite the brothers?

Had a good read of this thread and enjoyed some top shelf banter.

Glad we didn't waste coin on Craig or Bailey because coaches are the most overrated people in footy.

The 2 areas of importance off field are recruting and fitness.

Geelong winning the premiership this year has nothing to do with Chris Scott and everything to do with Stephen Wells, and the year before their first flag when the had a poor year and Thompson was nearly arsed they sacked their fitness bloke and got a new one in.

I'm not convinced the Little Bighorn and Dan Jackson's old man are the right units and I would be looking to pump money into that area and head hunt some proven guns.

Melbourne have done well getting Mission from St Kilda, we should have been on that train.
Who isn't a fan of the thinking man's orange Tim Fleming?

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

After missing out on Craig and Bailey, has this idea of finding an assist for Hardwick been scrapped?

Not saying we need an assistant but Mark Harvey is someone Dimma would know personally from his time at Essendon. Harvey missed out on a getting a gig at the Eagles under Worsfold.

Don't need Harvey apparently he didn't rock up on training days or for club meetings when he thought he was plying teams with the game already in the bag....then they would get beat.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.
