Close game for most part and Pies spanked in the end.

I thought it was slow and full crap fumbly passes, noone was holding onto marks, and the umpiring was crap as usual.  Every time Geelong scored the umps would pluck a free out for Collingwood to keep in touch, it was disgusting.  The Hawthorn / Collingwood game was a much better spectacle imo.

Channel 7 better not hire Matthew Lloyd or Luke Darcy.
I never want to put up with them commentating a grand final again. They gave collingwood nothing but excuses and even tried to make excuses for umpire's mistakes that went in favour of collingwood.

Huddo must be loving his day job in the commentary box. His Cats have won the flag the last 3 times Ch 10 have telecasted it: 2007-09-11.

Have to say the filed umpiring on the whole (bar a couple of average decisions) was very good indeed

that should be the norm rather than the exception because it's GF day

ANd C'wood piad for playing 2 boles who clearly weren't fit enough too

And finally Leon Davis, at least 4 times in the last 45 mins of the game just didn't attack the man with the footy.... very poor

How ungracious was Nick Maxwell?  Thanks the Collingwood supporters for coming first and then congrats Geelong

Commentators were annoying - very biased towards Collingwood I thought.  Didn't give Geelong any credit until it was obvious Collingwood couldn't win.
