It most likely won't be his first year up there that will be a problem (he did fairly well last night) but whether Mitch delivers for the Swannies over 2-3 seasons. Mitch did have one good year for us kicking 40 goals but he turned out to be a one-trick pony. You need versatile players in modern footy.

would agree, has a limited 'engine" which doesnt give him the chance to play on ball.
hardly a gut running playing.

A guy who now will be remembered as a footy journeyman whose unfulfilled potential was his greatest flaw. If any club can change that perception of a player its The Swannies.

Watched a replay of the Swans games today and saw some of the same old bad habits from Mitch.  Can't see things changing significantly for him unfortunately.

Didn't watch the game myself

But by all reports he went OK -> some have said he was good

But that's Mitch's way. His first season wont be the issue it will be season 2, then 3 bit like it was with us
