The same way a kid who is going into his third year on the list needs to make the leap to regular player.

I'm not sure anyone knows if he can coach yet, I think there are questions over his match day work.

By years end he needs to have convinced everyone he is an AFL coach.

Up to now his primary aim hasn't been to win matches so it's not so much as an improvement but lets see if you have it or not.

Would think even with a contract extension the microscope will certainly be focused as it probably should be 3rd year in
