Western Bulldogs
Pick 57:

Setanta O'Hailpin
HT: 199cm
WT: 100Kg
Forward/Ruck

An insurance (read cheap) pick for the Doggies here. With a lack of big bodied key forwards the Doggies are looking to O'Hailpin to fill the gap left with the retirement of Barry Hall. The hope is that it will take some of the pressue off their young still developing KP forwards

Pick 58 - Sam Kerridge (VIC - Mid) Height: 188cm, Weight: 84kg, DOB: 26/04/1993

Really powerful midfielder. Racks up big numbers through the midfield. Always looks dangerous when he gets near it and gets big clearance numbers. Strong mark overhead. Effective when he shifts forward. Endurance is elite. Really great size and can get among the goals.

Great pick Tiga, stole our man with the pick before. Tynan is a talent and will not be around this pick in the real draft.

 Pick 56. Joel Hamling (Claremont)
Height: 193cm
Weight: 78kg

Mobile forward playing in the Colts in WAFL who can also play in defence and ruck. Impressive for WA against NT and Tasmania in the NAB AFL Under 18 Championships, averaging five marks. Has proven to be an effective ruckman with great tap work and aggression around the ground. Has plenty of potential and talent and I wouldn't be suprised to see him snapped up in the top 30, so to get him at 56 is fantastic for GWS.

Really Sorry JVT.  ;D As I knew you also wanted him I contemplated for about a second about letting him go through to you but then the names of Patton, Coniglio, Tyson, Buntine & Wingard popped into my head and I thought....Nah, welcome to Tigerland Josh!  ;D

Kicking skills for Tynan? A bit up and under but at 55 not a bad choice. Would have gone for somebody else myself. Infact I move that Tiga gets the behind for the 2012 OER Phantom draft as Richmonds recruiter.  :lol

Thanks for your support Ramps.  :thumbsup  ;D Personally, with GWS absolutely decimating this years draft, I thought I did pretty well, although WP seems to think I have recruited a bunch of point posts, but with the new facilities at the ME Bank Centre the RFC is now all about development and we are no longer shopping in the frozen food aisle.  :lol

Pick 59 Essendon

James Flaherty

Bear with me with all the exact details but Flaherty is a 24yo mature aged player who has captained the Bendigo Bombers the last couple of seasons. Essendon will be hoping to snare another Crameri gem from there reserves side

Where thou art is sabartooth?

Ok it is with great pleasure that the Richmond Football Club with its last selection at #55 have chosen....(Drum roll)

Josh Tynan (Gippsland Power)

DOB: 06/11/93
Height: 185cm
Weight: 76Kg

How in the hell this kid made it to 55 is beyond us, but we consider ourselves very, very fortunate to snag such a talented player at such a late stage in the draft.
Josh is a quality backman who is excellent overhead and takes a great contested mark. He has good leg speed and an excellent leap allowing him to play on taller players. He has been regularly ranked as a top 30 draft prospect.

Take a look at his youtube video and you will see that this kid has great potential. Playing style is similar to Jake Batchelor.

Tynan's a skinny kid who'll need to put on about 7-8 kgs but a pretty good choice at 55 tiga. A bit of the Andrew Mackie's in him with the well-judged overhead marks in defence.

That's a pretty good comparison MT. Mackie was probably a similar build early in his career also.

As SaBARtooth continues to be AWOL

I'll do his pick

60. St Kilda - Lachlan Dalgleish
Ht: 185cm
Wt: 77kgs
Med Midfielder

The Saints need pace and Dalgleish has plenty. An outside mid who's a good left foot kick to go with his speed. Had very little time to properly prepare for the Combine due to injury but still managed to come in 4th in the Agility run and 3rd in the 20m sprint (0.01 sec off equal 1st) at the Combine

Pick 61 - Sydney - Jordan Murdoch
Ht - 190cm
Wt - 81kg
Leading Forward

The Swans are very happy (again) that a player we wanted has slipped through to us late in the draft.  Murdoch was eligible for the 2010 draft but a broken hand ended that and he has climbed through the ranks at Glenelg this year to end up in the senior side in Round 21, making the SA Under 18 side as an over age player also.  His main attribute is his pace and at this years state screening he recorded a faster time for the 20mt sprint than any player in the Draft Combine.  He is very skillful, classy left footer and we see him adding to the pace and attacking potential of our side in the future.
