Standing three feet away twidding ones thumps getting ready to run forwards is an act of squibyness

Ellis is prone to this too. Pettard at times. Bacha.

Petterd? Your statement loses credibility when you include Petterd.

Whack him for poor disposal but I don't think you can ever whack him for pulling out of contests and not putting his body on the line

Pettard ain't no squib. Everyone can't jump on the ball at once.

Your points have merit but then you ruin it by saying pettard is a squib. Probably wont find a harsher critic of pettard - but a squib he aint and if even half the side played with his heart, we'd be in a much better place.

Interesting that despite Ellis being our top possession getter (27 disposals), he said afterwards that he thought he had a quiet game.

Ellis has had more than 25 possies in 10 of his past 12 games (the other two were both 23 disposals).

Would help if he could hit a target that isn't a dinky kick, which he misses from time to time

they all cant be perfect mate. See Cotchin.

Whats his disposal efficiency like? Would think its pretty good, in & fact id say his in the top half for sure.

Has had a great year. Top 3-4 B&F only behind Dusty, Cotch and Rance

I don't care if they have perfect little kicks as you said no ones perfect, but he sprays them far too much or simply doesn't kick to advantage. Can cut him some slack if he had even the slightest inside style of play but he doesn't BUT I must admit the past 2-3 weeks he's been better. Just think the rest of the year was too pee poor.

One of the guys who has really lifted in the second half of the year.
Just turned 21 so he has a lot of upside. Needs to develop his inside game and tackling.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

He's already gone past Conca as he gets more of it and is definitely more penetrating with his kicks and does hit the scoreboard too.
But he's again just another product of the limpwristed soft pansy uncontested production machine that is the RFC.
The club that keeps giving.

Went at 84% yesterday, not bad for a 30+ game. He's the least of our problems
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
