Game was there to be won, don't think there is anything magical we could have done to win the game.

Simply put the 3 smothered handballs in the last quarter stopped out opportunities going forward in the last. Give us 3 more inside 50 chances and we could have pipped them.

We could have won, but walk away confident for next week.

Start of the year if you said we would be 1-3 which includes being within 10 points of Carlton with 9 mins to go, should have beaten the Cats and were more than competitive against Collingwood, I'd have taken it. If we can pinch a win against West Coast next week in Vic, its been a good start.

Most important thing is that we are playing reasonable footy. Results will come.

Thought Jackson was okay today in comparison to last few weeks, still not to standard.

Who comes in for these two? I havent seen the match report from the Frankston game but if scores alone indicate anything then there is not much pressure happening from below.

Jackson was completely ineffective and a liability even by recent standards. There is no argument for his retention.

He's been unable, apart from the odd wrong footing of his opponent (see the 3rd q Melb game), to get in front so far this season. Maybe the injuries from last year are still hampering him???
