BT tonight on 3aw said Cloke and Collingwood are now the furthest apart they have been in their negotiations and that the Tigers are one of the clubs in the running.

Also Melbourne have offered Cloke $7m over 7 years to join them  :o

Got to hand it to the Dees .despite having two and a dingbat supporting them,and less of financial base than the wicheproof thirds,they are out there going for everyone of quality.Last year they snared that peanut from brisbane and neil craig from Adelaide and now they are making a big play for cloke.....Good stuff dees ,wish we did similar

Yeah. I really wouldn't mind if we got him, but as long as the club isn't stupid about it. Collingwood were reportedly offering $800k over 4 for him weren't they? I'd be filthy if we offered more, and since he's walking from that offer, that's what has me worried.

I'm sure entirely, I'm just not convinced the club will spend that money on him.
I have faith that the club will be more bullish about its recruiting this year but is there better options available for spending money??
How do players like lids, dusty feel about being loyal and taking less money and this prick wants two player salries for not kicking straight.
Plus jack is already a sook imagine someone taking the spotlight away from him...

LMAO imagine jack in one pocket and cloke in the other both pointing at evryone, barking instructions. Just need to get heath shaw for the backlin so he can point and yell on the other side of the ground... Then again morro would rip his head off after the first time
