As for me cracking the "poos" damn straight I did as I said I was and I am still irate over what was posted. As for it being "typical" of me then I will not apologise for it.

What apppeared was not funny, contained things that were defamatory and therefore could have caused massive damage to this site.

As for lawyers.... never said anything about lawyers but I hate to break this to you but there are people who monitor these sites and I am not talking about Clubs.. and dare I say it it is a FACT.

Whether you chose to believe that or not is up to you 

But I suppose if people don't care if OER disappears then that's the way things go

True. As the old Hawk Headquarters forum found out the hard way about six years ago after someone there posted some defamatory comments and included the phone number of a senior umpire. The AFL found out and came down on that site like a tonne of bricks. To avoid any further legal lisk, the owners made their forum invitation only until they finally closed the forum down for good.
