Essendon will take Paddy to the Federal Court to stop him leaving, or at least to delay it for a little while.

I hope they do if only to make the rest of their players finally realise how the club really regards them.

Only Essendon would be stupid enough to take one of their players to court for wanting to leave. Their own critical Ziggy report and them self-reporting is all Paddy needs to argue their was a breach of a duty of care by Essendon towards him.
