I don't think they deserve extra draft picks after their tanking saga. But giving them money to pay out Neeld and to get their football department on the right path is understandable and good for the league in a competitive sense.

If they get more picks I'll spew. They'll have pick 1 or 2 and have Hogan to come in. Stuff penalising every other club again after comprising the draft for years because of the expan$ion pets. Jam out up your bum, AFL.

DON McLardy has resigned as Melbourne president.

He informed the AFL Commission of his decision on Friday morning during a meeting he attended alongside new CEO Peter Jackson.

He then told the board that afternoon of his intention to resign.

Board member Peter Spargo has taken over as interim president.

I really really hope they don't get any.  Just because they're idiots doesn't mean they deserve draft picks, just get rid of the idiots.  Let them build like we had to.
