April 3, 2013 In the first round of the season, coming off a pre-season when interchange rotations were capped at 80, all AFL clubs bar one were comfortably into three figures. The exception was North, which finished its match with 97 rotations.
The AFL says it will cap rotations next year and is now only ruminating on what the right number of interchanges should be.
Clubs were limited to 80 rotations per game in the NAB Cup, suggesting that that might be the number favoured by the league.
