Spent a week in Bangkok. very interesting place but filthy and polluted as. Got the Tuk Tuk Ride from hell. Me and 9 mates decided to go across town to Pantip Plaza (geek heaven) and we decided to all take Tuk Tuk's. One of my crazy mates encouraged the Tuk Tuk drivers to race each other. My Tuk tuk decided that the best was to get there first was to drive directly and continuously between two lanes of oncoming traffic. It was like a scene from a James Bond movie. Got to Pantip in one piece, Shaken but not stirred.
Mind you it was always nice being able to retreat back to the Sheraton Royal Orchid.
