Maric, Houli, Tuck and biscuit in
Out Ellis(inj), A Edwards, Stephenson and Dea

There is merit in dropping Batchelor but who do you bring in . If Batchelor is dropped would consider Griffiths Astbury or Elton.

Out   White
In - Anybody prepared to have a fair dinkum crack

You've got to be joking Ramps

Matty White is one player who always has a crack, did again today pity some of his more credentialed team mates didn't show the same the same intensity

Thought of you today WP. I know how much you hate North.

Was a very bad day. Could see a loss coming 20 minutes into the 1st qtr but not that sort of loss

Pathetic

Terrific, just terrific TM

Coming out and running through the banner I quipped with a friend they had no intensity.
Some where laughing and talking to one another and walked through the banner.
Terrible.

Did Hansen. Black? Torrent have to prove them self?

 I doubt it.

They were played cause high draft picks
I agree.  Sometimes you just have to play them.

Elton 20y/o round 1 pick 26 (2011) 1 games.
Griffiths 21y/o round 2 pick 19. (2009) 19 games

Black 22 y/o round 2 pick 25 (2009) 14 games
Vickery 23 y/o round 1 pick 8 (2008) 67 games
Tarrant 23 y/o round 1 pick 15 (2007) 30 games
Rance 23 y/o round 1 pick 18 (2007) 80 games
Hansen 24 y/o round 1 pick 3 (2006) 91 games
Riewoldt 24 y/o round 1 pick 13 (2006) 126 games.

Some guys just get games even when sometimes they struggle and lets face it we've seen it from Vickery and Rance.
It's time to put some games into the youngens. Griff is Ready.

nothing hs changed for me.
structure needs to be the following and it doesnt neccesarily have to be the following tall players.
b/  #### - chaplin - astbury
hb/ ####  - rance - ####  so that is one tall in astbury in. would play morris vlastuin and dea as the sml/med backs.

hf #### - riewoldt - #### .
f/ vickery - griffiths/mcguane/mcbean - #### .  in one of griffiths, mcguane,or mcbean, vickery plays as the floating ruckman forward. when hes in the ruck we at the least maintain two genuine kpfs. we could then use aaron  edwards as a medium.
would look to have s edwards play more as a sml forwrd and seeing as there are no other options kingy is the best of a bad lot to keep his place.

r/  maric - #### - ####  obviously in ivan who  changes with his ruck partner vickery both forward and on the bench.

mids onballers
cotchin, deledio, tuck, martin, foley, ellis, newman, conca, arnot, houli.

ins would go - astbury, maric, tuck houli one of griffiths, mcbean, mcguane.

outs would go batchelor, white, stephenson, jackson grigg.

The strange thing is these stats counter your argument.

The blokes you have listed have averaged more games per year of service than these blokes you reckon didnt have to earn their spot in the seconds for north.

My choices too. Only question mark I have is Ellis is an outside runner while Tuck is an inside extractor. Maybe just a couple of role swaps on the day but otherwise good selections for mine.

Your probably right Al.  :lol
But my point is that some guys are given games ie. Reiwoldt, Vickery, Hansen, early in their careers despite having poor performances.
Who thought Jack was ever going to be more than a third tall? I didn't.
Vickery is still frustrating. Hansen despite poor performances has finally showed something down back.
Scott said if they didn't give his guys a shot they'd be still playing reserves. That's why they made the decision to trade Lockup. Actually the decision was made after they got thrashed by the dawks last year. Now because of this they are forced to play those guys and ultimately they develop quicker.
The same could be said for Roughhead at the dawks and Hawkins at Geelong. It took them a while but they were better off playing regular senior footy.
Lockup may get us to finals but after he's finished we are still waiting on Griffiths/Elton/McBean.
IMO Griffiths should be tried as the third tall to fast track his development and help the team dynamics for the future.
The club that keeps giving.

Richmond's reality-check defeat to North Melbourne was compounded by an ankle injury to Daniel Jackson, the late withdrawal of Bachar Houli with a hamstring issue, and the accidental concussion of promising youngster Brandon Ellis.

The trio is in doubt for the Tigers' clash with Gold Coast at Cazaly's Stadium, where they are winless from two encounters with the Suns.
