They've come out going for the kill. We need to stand up and Dimma needs to change things up. What's happening out there isn't working. Early signs is this is just a repeat of the 2nd qtr.

There's not much in this imho. It's a fine line, 5% more work ethic if we have it in us. Good learning experience regardless.
