Went for a run along the yarra trail today.Now if anyone is bored or too lazy to do any exercise,go for a run or walk along this route on a nice sunny sunday arvo such as today.it not only blows out those laziness cobwebs but replenishes the soul.
The almost perfect way to begin the new week.
I almost forgot another important factor....some nice eye candy to be seen,although this route pales into insignificance to the eye candy to behold along the tan most weeknights

Al let me tell you..i am fairly fit and the bodies I see running the tan whenever I go there makes me wanna put a potato sack over me..

Yeah I went for a quick one just before the clouds were coming over, well I ran towards them until I was under them and ran back  ;D. Was feeling a bit crook (hungover) so the beach was a good choice.

 :lol Dwaino, that comment reminded me of a WWOS feature on Thorpie around the 2000 olympics where the interviewer (A chubby Pommy guy who's name escapes me) challenged Thorpie to a race. During his narration he said "Here we stand on the blocks. Ian Thorpe, half man, half fish, and Me, Half Man, Half Chips.  :lol
