I wouldn't be suprised if he overtakes Cook for the best reputation in footy. (but the club might have to win a few premierships as well)

No harm in pinching other clubs sponsors but the club seems to have delivered pretty well on this. I still say we pinch some of Essendons sponsors anyway.

Ours is 1 million per year.
Hopefully we can triple it when its up for renewal.

Pies have 76000+ members and play blockbusters virtually every second week thus sponsors name exposure on footy jumpers and other merchandise you can see why they can demand huge dollars from their sponsors. However we are catching up with 64000 members and growing plus a list on the up with a legitimate premiership window therefore RFC jumpers polo's and trackie jackets will have plenty of room for sponsors names and for quite a tidy sum too.

Why wouldn't you want more sponsors?

You wouldn't but

1/ You have to have a "property" to sell - eg the jumper, the shorts, etc. If you don't have anything else to sell they you are highly unlikely to get massive $$$ from newbies

2/ You should always work to retain what you have and build the relationship which in most cases will lead to increase in the $$$ = perfect example RFC & Bingle

Didn't watch it but got a txt from someone who did after Bin Boy was on the Footy Show, and their txt message said it was in excess of $3mil over 3 years.

So doesn't that mean it's more than a million a year
