He actually played good today

Yep. Probably in our top 6-8 yesterday. I'd play him again next week if Maric needs more game time in the VFL.

Hampson memories

In the spirit of new threads here is one for placing your favorite memories of Hampson

There have been a lot in the past but on Sat it was in the first quarter where he got a mark in the back line (which is itself a worthy memory) and kicked a beautiful lace out punt.........straight to the opposition and for the life of me I couldn't see which RFC player he was trying to kick to as no one was within 20 meters of where he kicked it

My favourite memories are the numerous misses from 20-25 out.

Trading for him is second.

Well l thought Hampson has played well the last 2 weeks considering he has not played many senior games for RFC. You just don't come into a team at the top level & adjust after 2 games. He is also carrying a niggle

He tries hard ..

He did well ..

Even compared to 99% of afl player his output is garbage
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

Apart from that awful kick I thought he was pretty good.

His tap work and mobility are better than Ivan's. I wish we could somehow combine them into one ruckman because then we'd have something decent.

Yep, best game and now he's injured again.

credit where its due he played okay today.

He actually played good today

he did play good footy today but others around him, let him down. Several of his taps went to them while our midfielders stood flat footed at times. Vickery copped a fair few heavy knocks today early which didn't help the cause.

Yep. Probably in our top 6-8 yesterday. I'd play him again next week if Maric needs more game time in the VFL.

I don't know if Ivan's average output is that much higher than what Hampson's was on Saturday.
