A mate of mine saw Reece Conca walking out of a restaurant last week. According to him he was hobbling....

He was out there doing some match simulation this with majority of the group this morning.

When I used to play top level sport I used to hobble around after training when I'd go out somewhere. Be fine the next day. Would imagine there's not much in that at all.

Sychronised swimming. Netball was a bit demanding when I gave it a try tbh.  >:(
