Claw, who said Gordon was the only player we were tracking, could have been tracking 10 and the other 9 were taken , a fairly simple minded assumption he was the only player in Australia we were following  ::)
Spot on. It's exactly what happened to. More than 10 as well.  :whistle

My ever reliable sources mentioned a number of 20
Incorrect. They were tracking 80 players and have stated this previously. Obviously not all would have been picked as we only had 3 live picks. Nonetheless they ranked 80 players and so that's the number they were tracking.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

On the telecast, FJ had a reasonably lengthy list that he was marking off with a pink highlighter. By the time we got to our last pick the page was more pink than white.

We had performed a substantial amount of analysis by the time we got to the draft and had a clear understanding of where each draft hopeful stood in our rankings.

The reason our picks did not take long to call out is because most of the discussion had been done earlier and everyone on our table was basically on the same page.

The pink Highlighter was appropriately identifying 'squibs'

what makes it worse was the yellow one was available but they had already decided on the pink one  :banghead

FFS the pink one would have still been sitting on the table at the rookie draft, no-one likes pink  :banghead

Yes big man  :clapping

Heard he has a few off-field issues though and probably needed a year in the WAFL.  :banghead :banghead

:lol Someone told him to go home and dry up! This is good for an aspiring young footballer with a drinking problem but not so good for a highlighter.

i'd just like to highlight that i'm not against using pink highlighters, but only using a pink highlighter when it was pretty obvious it would still be there for the rookie draft and there were so many other colours still available that the other clubs didn't rate is unacceptable

could have even used blue instead we pass it up and leave it for carlton :banghead

I heard it was Dodoro the Dildo. Geez that bloke has no idea. Strong highlighter draft and he takes 2 of those little Sharpie ones.  ::)

Thank god it went to Carlton. Mick will throw it out the window when the Ferals belt them again.

tigs The waters are very muddy over whether he is still contracted to Norf or not. Apparently his legal team is debating that a signature in crayon is not legally binding and that he is free to take his place in the rookie draft but Norf have declared that they sign all their contracts in Crayon! So this is a watershed moment for them for if it is found that Crayon signatures are not legal then All Norf contracts are null and void.

If Norf want to do contracts in Crayon they should bloody well highlight that clause in the contract.  :banghead Preferably in Pink.  :shh
