Cheap effing dickie goals to Carlton 1 after the other

should have been gg, so many cheap avoidable goals they got. Hardly scored any from their own play, its been from turnovers, or dumb frees. stuff I hate this mob

If this were a top 5 side we would be down by a bit. A lot of fumbling.

But it's not. If we win, the season begins and at this point of the season that is all that matters.
Good half of football Tiggers, 4 qtrs.

Does anyone keep stats on goals conceded in the last 3 minutes of quarters? We would have to lead by miles. This game has deja vu written all over it. Will need to be leading by 100 at three quarter time for me to be confident of winning. Way too much fumbling and in direct football in the latter part of that half. Goals win games so keep attacking, its like we get gun shy.

I'm still really nervous about the outcome of this. I have this bad feeling the majority of the team will have the ceebs in the 3rd quarter and then the game is beyond salvaging. Wasn't particularly impressed with Griffith dropping easy grabs but am actually very surprised that TV is competitive.

Really don't want the Tigers to be conceding goals in the dying minutes of quarters as lozza has mentioned.

Yeah, I'm the same.
I hate havin the same old feeling of we're not going to hang on to win, simply because that's the way it's been for the past 30 years.
I can't wait til we know we have it by half time and know we have the talent to make sure of the win.

Newman also looks a lot better in defence. Need to put the clamps on Yarran. We need to be able to stop small forwards!
