Richmond Football Club was born on this day 129 years ago . . .

The formation of the Club took place on February 20, 1885, at a public meeting, which was held at the Royal Hotel, directly opposite Punt Road Oval.

Richmond entered the premier football competition at that time – the Victorian Football Association – in the 1885 season.

I was born in '67 which makes me born to be a Tiger supporter :gotigers
