It's hard to be happy when our season has been over for yonks and you know the win has just pushed us from pick 3 out to pick 7 :-\.

Next weeks win firms our pick 7 given we'll be a game and % ahead of the pack. :help

Not if Brisbane play like they did tonight and we play like......us....

Lucky 13th  :P.

Says it all that our four wins have only come against four of those sides currently below us.

Other than next weeks game against Port and perhaps Essendon, I can see us winning the rest of the games. So that is another 5 wins or 10 wins for the year. Surely another 9th place finish is a real possibility  :P

whats the point of being the best team outside the eight when your team is full of experienced hacks and players from other clubs. it doesnt matter if they are the best team outside the eight, they never gonna achieve anything, its a road to nowhere.

never fear. we are not the best side outside the 8.  at 12th on the ladder we are higher than what we really should be,

ffs our wins this yr should tell us exactly where we are at.
fell over to 13th carlton the better side lost.
belted gws who are 15th.
defeated the lions twice who are 17th
defeated stkilda who are 18th.
if that sort of trend continues on the run home we will only defeat gws  stkilda and possibly wce but that one is in the west and is very much a 50/50 if not 40/60 game.

of those sides i dont think we are better than carlton and most certainly in the long term are miles behind gws. imo our true position is 15 thru 18. a bottom 4 side.

best side outside the 8 hilarious. we still have blinkers on seems some are beliving the clubs spin of being better than we have performed.

Disagree on Carlton. They'll be hoping the old blokes hang on forever because they're some of their best players. Eg Judd and Simpson. Meanwhile we will be hoping our old blokes stuff off because well they're poo.
