Coach should be sacked IMHO and we need to get in a new coach for the Reserves.

Turned up to a sunny Frankston.
Tiges were quick off the mark.moving the ball very quickly by both hand and foot..
Love Concas game early ,thought he was in everything and shows some real grunt.
Our midfield dominated .Thought miles was awesome today.from start to finish was putting his body where others feared.Would more often than not  burst out of the pack with the ball.Today this kid won me over, you cant ignore someone who doesn't stop trying all day,and keeps winning his own ball.
Thought Ty was battling early but had a good second half ,with some clever stuff.
Mc bean was ok,but seems to get lost at times.Delivery to him was crap though.
A Edwards had a very good second half.
oren was good.
Elton took some good grabs but I think he goes missing too.
Ohanlon...meh
Darou was solid but gave away a silly free kick late.

How we let them get back into the game beats me.There was a combination of silly free kicks,a lack of running, something Frankston did in the second half.I also..  think we overdo the handball, which results in us going around in circles.
I got the impression todays game might become a regular fixture between theses 2 teams

Why you would keep the same useless coach when you're supposed to be starting afresh with your own team just defies all common sense. If it was merely a contractual issue then just break the stuffing thing and pay the spud out. Worth the money.

Almost as bad as Hardwick keeping that stuffing cancer Wayne Campbell at the club for a further four years  - should've been booted when he took over.

You can't cure the disease unless you cut out 100% of the tumour.

It's not the Coach lads, it's 100% mental.
We just stopped working.
In the first half we ran, we carried, we played on and played with flare!
The second half we came out and it looked like the players already thought it was in the bag.
We stagnated, nobody moved nobody wanted it. They went bact to hot potato hand passes stuffed about with it so much it was bound to be turned over then when it was it was kick, kick, kick Gosl to Frankston.
What I seen in the second half was the same old Richmond, it was st the coach on the day it's been coached into them over a long period of time.

The other noticeable thing is the second tier fill ins just arn't up to it.
The skill level between the listed and non listed players is glaring. We have no midfield and this was exactly where it was breaking down when transitioning from the back line. McBean could have had 8 or 9 to half time had the forward delivery been up to it. Mind you he dropped the easiest. Mark you've ever seen 10 meters out on his own.

I've argued that for a while, we need an a experienced coach to develop these kids, the coach is just as wet behind the ears as the playing group and it's telling, that result is a dead set disgrace. We have a dozen or more listed players and draw with these bums. C'mon ...Mcbean kicks 3 in first qtr then doesn't get a kick, what's going on , I demand answers

Interesting that we stuff up the same way in the two's as we do in the ones....Paul Roos said the other day that the standard for a club is actually set in the two's not the ones because that's where everyting is learnt.

Send the likes of Newman, Edwards, Thomas & Grigg back....they should tear it up at that level and help develop the kids better. Bring up some of the blokes like Batchelor who've been on the fringe of the one's for years for one last shot surrounded by better players as well as the odd kid. It's not as if we'll be making the 8 this year.

Miles is a stand out, should be playing imo, Mcdonough is another I'd persist with for 5-6 weeks and see what he's got at senior level.. plus the afore mentioned guys can go back to the twos when lids, maric and rance get back over the next few weeks. Can be done comfortably imo

Think Gordon, Lloyd and Arnott have stepped up and at least shown something since they've come into the senior side

This issue has been spoken about multiple times regarding our senior side the past 2 weeks on sen. Began after the Collingwood game when Maxwell said we were one of the quieter(st) sides they've faced on field.
