Its all mental Ramps. In Edwards, Newman and Grigg's case its effort and skill. The rest its all mental and if your coaches cant change that then they are not doing a job and are too soft in delivering the messager.
The current coaching message is try your best and if you have a bad day all good you will still keep your spot because we need you to finish somewhere around 8th spot to keep the supporters happy.

We still havent eroded the mental scars of years gone by and that was for all to see in last years elim final.

Hawks will do us over  today. Nothing can be more certain than that.

I was in on the act early as well Jacko. Dont forget that. I actually got kicked of the other site coz they couldnt handle my criticisms all those years ago about the club. Truth hurts Jacko and some supporters dont like to see the truth that is infront of them. We are on the road to nowhere. The rebuild has come up well short and we have to start again.
