Lids would be worth something on the trade table. A 1st rounder and maybe a 2nd too but its hard to trade big names like that without eating into a team.
I'd keep Jack, he can kick it between the sticks, so few other players can in our team, we'd be utterly woeful without him.

firstly if i believed all areas of the footy dept especially recruiting and list management could build a premiership side (which i dont) then there would be just a few considerations to make.
1/ how competetive do we wish to remain in the short term. if we trade away our better players people had better be prepared to cop absolute beltings. are we prepared to go thru 09 and 10 like seasons right now.
2/ what is a realistic time frame to build a premiership list looking at where the list is currently at.
3/ can we afford to lose quality players or do we build on them.
personally i think we are miles away from being even a top 4 side. at least 3 real good nd and trade periods. thats if we can add to the good players we have.if we trade em away plus some time to get games into quality kids id say at least 5 yrs away likely longer if we trade out our better players.
on deledio he turns 28 in april so imo i think hes tradeable right now. id be happy to take gws pick 2 and one of the kids who want out like orourke and jaksch. on riewoldt we have no choice but keep him but we sure as hell need at least two more real good key fwds. the kpf id not hesitate to trade out is vickery he would gain us a top 25 pick.
if we had good recruiters which we dont so its all moot we could trade both deledio and vickery and end up with something like this
nd- 2, orourke/jaksch, 5, 23, 25, 41. not a bad rebuild base if you know what your doing. to do this you have to accept you need to rebuild or strongly continue to rebuild.both the club and most supporters dont acknowledge this. so once again its all moot.
