Always remeber Jonny in AGS athletics competition at high school.  Final events for year and he was in open 400 m final. Didn't look the athelete but he needed to win event for school to win on points. Great race you could see the effort and strain in his face in the last 100m and he won the race when his times were nowhere near the best in field. Big heart that day!
