Think it's a bit harsh to blame the players. Who wouldn't want to keep playing and earning the big bucks especially since they have been around so long with zero success. It's down to the club and the club only.

That doesn't seemed to have stopped Dean Cox, Darren Glass, Dom Cassisi or Nick Maxwell all pulling the pin.
They didn't wait for the club because they have put the clubs interests ahead of their own.
It's called leadership.

They would have decided that in the best interest of themselves and made poo up about wanting whats best for the club. All of them were either too injured and couldn't pull up or not getting a game.

not surprised they want to kick on and are not too fused about the development of the like of Lennon, McDonuts, and new draft picks - those who spots they will fill.
