I just got our seats in Ponsford Stand, Lvl 2 N34.  Any of you frequent flyers know if that will entail climbing many stairs to get to?  I'm taking my father and he's a bit crook now so hope I haven't set him too much of a challenge?

There is also a lift Smokey in the Ponsford Std

Smokey, don't you have 10 grandchildren? And your Dad is still kicking around? Your family are like the stuffing Mandlebaum family from Seinfeld!!!

“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Lolol.  Pretty much.  My parents are both still well alive and kicking (relatively), 4 of us, 17 children of ours and 11 grandchildren of theirs.

The breakdown is:

Richmond  17
Carlton  4
Brisbane  1
Essendon  2
Geelong  1
Hawthorn  2
Collingwood  1
Not interested  4

Confession - all grandchildren too young to speak the words "Carn' the Tige's" have been given the automatic assumption that they will barrack for Richmond (they're all members anyway)!!   ;D

Have to laugh.

My family is literally:
Richmond: 43
Carlton: 1 (married into family)

Mum, my sister and 2 of her daughters.  Mum comes from an almost exclusive Carlton family and all we knew as kids growing up was that you took her side or Dads.  3 of us saw the light while one was lost to the dark side!   ;D

And if I add in-laws to my totals there is two more Tigers, one more Maggie, one more Bomber, one more Hawk and one more Lion.

There's 4 kids and 10 grandchildren in my family.
Our breakdown is
10 Collingwood
6 tigers
2 Bombers

Needless to say, my entire family (apart from my mother) are idiots!
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Nice big Richmond families everywhere else  :-[. Dad is of a family of 9 kids and we're the only two Richmond, I don't know how that happened when the rest are Carlton and Geelong and his dad was Bulldogs. My in laws are Brisbane (Fitzroy), Carlton and Colonwood. I am truly outnumbered.
