Had a great game other than a clanger in the first that led to a Port goal. 

Glad to see a few are coming around, he s had a bloody decent season and fwiw will finish inside our top. 10 b and f . He has a real dip , can take a grab and takes them on...and finds the pill. Has genuinely earnt his spot in the side this year 

I'll say this much in a bleak season at least when Pettard has played he has been one of the few that can at least walk off the ground with his head held high. Gives his all but like many on the list has limitations.
Was crucial in the last quarter against Carlton earlier in the year and kicked an important goal last week and a few today.
At this stage of the list's evolution he has a role.

He is certainly a hard act to follow sometimes. last night was not one of his smartest games. 4/10

Not as silky as Shane Edwards
Doesn't defend as well as Morris Bchelor
Doesn't have the run of houli
Nor the upside of Lennon
Of foleys inside game

Even Lloyd probably offers more around goals

Etc etc

Still not sure where he fits in. Don't like him in the backline.

Knights going down helps him. He will be hoping we target kPp in the up comming national draft IMO
