So why have your thread then, we had valid points, if we are apologising then so should they.

Seriously WAT we have just witnessed something very special. If I recall correctly we were equal last after rd 15.

No team in history has resurrected their season like we have....so what (WAT) if we were 3-10...I can remember being 9-6 and being 3rd on the ladder-only to miss out.

I can't talk for everyone ....but today I'm walking on cloud 9

Agreed, it's just another poorly timed attempt to troll decent supporters who've waited for something positive to happen this year.

It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Agree with y&b and mat073. Let it go and enjoy the moment WAT.

If we win the flag are you not going to celebrate because we were 3 and 10 or conversely next year if we lose one game for the year but win the flag are we going to lament not being perfect and call winning the flag as underwhelming. FFS. We are starving Ethiopians and the plane with food relief has just landed, time to gorge.

Just think of the first 13 weeks as an argument with your partner.

The last nine weeks as a time of forgiveness and reconciliation and next week and beyond as a contestant in finals as the best make up sex you will ever have.

I'm with you lads I'm on cloud 9 also. Go Tigers. :thumbsup

Ok everyone, settle the stuff down, pity some of you weak pricks didn't fire up when the we have to apologise thread was posted.

I am absolutely stoked with what they have done BUT......there is no excuse for the crap they dished up, the same crap we all had to endure, the ridicule, the laughing stock of the comp. If we are apologising (formally) why the stuff aren't they then, that's all I am saying...

So get the stuff off your pedestals and high horses and have a look back, look at the way they went about the game and look at most of you lot and how you performed!!!!

This thread is a cheap shot.

People and organisations should be allow to enjoy successful performances, particularly when performance under pressure and adversity is required.

Saying that, RFC have only met their pre-season expectations and the real stuff starts ...... now

the thing that cost the club the most in terms of respect was losing against Melbourne. There is no excuse, there was no honor or anything. The performance that day was shameful. thankfully they have started the long climb to respect and credibility hopefully they can continue for a bit longer.

I think there is alot of realism on here. If we lost yesterday it would same old tigers lose a high pressure game , not good enough and we've heard it all before.

Whilst the first half of the season was unacceptable they have turned things around won 9 straight and stormed into the finals. Live and enjoy the moment otherwise you will never be happy.

If anything next year suggests no excuses for to 4 given this late season run and qualifying for finals for two years straight. The club has done its part in the last two months the faith or blind faith whatever way people look at it is up to the individual.

Go Tigers. :thumbsup

Instead of apologise, the club should ditch Hampson, Thomas, Newman and conca.
